Capacity building
Hands-on training for the students, teachers and volunteers who make change happen.
Programmes are only as strong as the people who run them. We train students, volunteers, teachers and frontline workers in leadership, careers, research and community engagement, working with government bodies, NGOs, companies and colleges. Our sessions are built on research and run as discussions, so people learn by doing rather than listening.

Preparing college volunteers to mentor tribal students in Kerala's Model Residential Schools.

Training for more than 150 Anganwadi teachers and the facilitators of 43 community learning centres, to close learning gaps early.
Fundamentals of Public Policy certification course
A 33-hour course building a community of young public policy thinkers in Kerala. Two batches, 45 graduates so far.
