Our first client: strategy, partnerships, fundraising and programme design for S.L.A.T.E's work on Education for Sustainable Development.

S.L.A.T.E works to fill gaps in education and to advance the United Nations’ goals for Education for Sustainable Development. It was our first client, and we have supported it across strategy, partnerships and fundraising.

What we do

  • A policy framework: we designed the S.L.A.T.E Policy Framework, launched by Union Finance Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman. It is the roadmap that aligns S.L.A.T.E’s projects with the Sustainable Development Goals.
  • Partnerships: we bring government bodies, non-profits and other actors together around S.L.A.T.E’s goals, and lead its work with students, teachers, partners, funders and policymakers.
  • Programme design: each intervention starts with field research, baseline studies, stakeholder mapping and gap analysis, structured with tools such as Theory of Change and logical frameworks so its outcomes can be measured.
  • Fundraising: we turn interventions into proposals for CSR and philanthropic funders, from narratives and budgets to pitch decks and donor reports.

We also act as S.L.A.T.E’s evaluation team, assessing its programmes in Kunnathunad and at GRFTVHSS, Thevara.
